  This place is awful it is hands-down the worst experience I’ve ever had buying cell phones in my life the initial contact with this store own Turnersburg highway was good and now a year later my bill has been wrong every single month last month I decided to add a phone for my wife they tell me that my bill was going to be $200 a month and then when I got my first bill it was $322 the lady assured me that she fixed it and that she would credit my bill every month her name was Jasmine then I got my next bill it was a little better I went in to have the credit put on my bill and she said she couldn’t do it anymore because AT&T was already crediting my account I told them that I needed it fixed I was tired of having problems With my bill it had been a year now and it’s wrong every time she refused to fix my bill so I refuse to leave they called the cops on me and bold face lie to the cops and to their own district managers as to why I was upset........... do not shop here if you do you will regret it
