  The food took a while to make even though there weren't many people in there. They messed up our first hamburger, so we took it back for them to remake it, and the second one had a hair in it. They offered to remake 2 more hamburgers and not charge for the second one to make up for the fact that the other 2 had been messed up, but at that point we just wanted to leave. The people were apologetic, but they had a hard time getting the food right. We won't be wasting our time here anymore.
